How to Cook Green Split Peas
- 1 Cup Palouse Brand Green Split Peas
- 3 Cups Water
- Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. Add 1 cup green split peas, and reduce the heat. Simmer until tender, for 15-20 minutes.
How to Store Green Split Peas
Storing dry Green Split Peas in an air-tight container, in a cool, dry location is the best possible storage. When stored this way, our green split peas can last decades.
